Power Cup tournament will be postponed to new dates with special arrangements.
The COVID-19 situation is challenging all the event organisers around the world. Volleyball association has made a decision to postpone Power Cup event. The new dates for the tournament are 29.7.-1.8.2021.
The number of participating teams will be limited to 400 and with current plan Power Cup tournament will be organised only to age groups U12, U14 and U16. Registration for the tournament will reopen Tuesday 2.3.2021 at 10am (EET). If all the U12, U14 and U16 series are full, the teams can register for the reserve list.
Registration period will be extended as the event moves now to its’ new dates. The new last registration day is 24.6.2021.
The decisions of the tournament are based on the current assessment of the COVID-19 situation next summer. The Finnish Volleyball Association closely follows the instructions of the authorities and, if necessary, the tournament is amended with more teams in accordance with the instructions of the authorities.
